No one have contacted me after I did the claim so I don't know what are they talking about, two it's not only the bad finish on the painting is also the logo and the letters are not on the correct position or like they call on the green if is posible I will like to meet with the company owner and the Revdex.com representatives so I could do explain and show what work was done to the bat thank you

Subject: Complaint ID [redacted] - My name is David C[redacted], and I am the founder and principal executive at RxSport, C[redacted] Bats in Norristown, PA.I have spent the past few weeks traveling for my work, including most recently, the [redacted] events and Home Run Derby where we again for the 3rd year won the event with our hitter, [redacted].In response to [redacted]’s claim, we in fact made attempts to rectify the situation for him.  My staff members involved in the engagement, Matt R[redacted] and Ryan C[redacted], made the details known during our daily briefing and it was understood by our parties that the client would make a choice to either tidy up the additional acrylic paint residue left inadvertently on the bat OR that he could simply allow us to send him a [redacted] return label and have the item picked up for final clean up and inspection or even certainly be issued a refund.Myself and staff pride ourselves at treating each and every customer as a professional athlete.  Given the nature of a fully hand crafted product, slight errors can and do occur.  Certainly not diminishing the level of severity the customer may feel in this current and seldom occurrence, I can assure him and the Revdex.com that each effort to rectify the situation on his terms has and will continue to be made by each person in our organization.The resolution [redacted] requested of a full refund is again, disheartening given the easy fix, but acceptable.  Given the fact this item was custom ordered, custom made and personalized baseball bat, which will need to be destroyed, I would insist that we receive our goods back prior to issuing a full refund under the manner with which the client paid.  All specifications asked for, ordered and required for this highly personalized baseball bat were met – yes, albeit with a tiny amount of residual acrylic paint remaining in a couple of areas (if returned for clean up, we would simply take a soft cloth with warm water and wipe the afflicted areas off) and return the item the very same day as we offered.Please let me know how to proceed and thank you for your time.Regards,David C[redacted]RxSport CorpCraftsmen of the C[redacted] Bat710 East Main StNorristown, PA 19401[redacted]/[redacted]-BATS (2287) x[redacted]/[redacted]-BATS Fax
