I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Thank you for your semi-professional responses to my inquiries. I have again just contacted [redacted], and they reluctantly admitted to an Accounting problem within refunding my Account; could not complete, and had the amount incorrect to refund ($377.76). Therefore, I will contact the Revdex.com, close the case, and will expect an [redacted] mailed check ( $76.48) within this month.
