Ryal [redacted] called from the business he stated that he was hired through a signed contract to paint doors and the paint was provide by the consumer.. Mr. [redacted] stated that he was slightly behind on the work but he communicated with Mr. [redacted] the entire time to keep him aware of what was going on....

Mr. [redacted] stated that Mr. [redacted] wasn't exactly happy but he never mentioned anything about being dissatisfied with the quality of the work. Mr. [redacted] stated that he couldn't deliver the doors for 3 to 4 days because it rained continuously. Mr. [redacted] stated that the doors are 80 years or older so they do show there age with cracks but also had multiple layers of paint on them. Mr. [redacted] stated that he wasn't aware of any issues with the doors until he received the complaint. He stated that he delivered the doors and upon delivering the doors the project that was being done on the home wasn't completed so the doors weren't hung upon delivery. Mr. [redacted] is going to reach out through email to Mr. [redacted] to discuss a reimbursement amount.
