I was never made aware of the zero refund policy. Also, he didn't contact me for 3 weeks, after telling me he would contact me within a week. He told me that he could not meet for 2 weeks because he had a construction job, and that he would call within a week. When he didn't, I contacted him, and he told me that he had had a family emergency and could meet again now, after nit call'ingresso for 3 weeks. Well, after not hearing from him for 3 weeks, I realized that he is unreliable in maintaining an exercise regime, which is what I was paying him first.
Also, he never told me he was giving me a discount rate after my groupon, so he was not been doing me any favors. As per the 12 hour cancellation policy, we didn't have anything scheduled to cancel, so that doesn't apply.
