I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. I have recieved the reimbursement from Mr. Cloak. While I am happy he agreed to reimburse me I do feel the letter he wrote was not completely correct. I still do not understand how he can certify a heater in working condition when it runs constantly unless valves get shut off. This whole situation could have been avoided if he would have returned any of my numerous calls.
