Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I just want to make it perfectly clear that I do not want something for nothingI paid my bill before Gene left my house on August 8, He ALWAYS collects on his bill before leaving the premisesI have attached a copy of a bill from August 3, showing paid in full for a removal of a yellow jacket nest in my wallIf I did not pay my bill for services rendered, why would Gene come out again and perform another service...makes no senseAlso Ryan's Exterminating must encounter a problem with clients often as Lori stated they take clients to small claims court and "always win"Apparently this is a reoccurring matter...dissatisfied clientsWhen Gene was finished on his first visit he told me to wait days for the yellow jackets to die..he said if I didn't see any improvement to call back and he would come out again...."no charge"...and he would take care of the problem u til it was correctedI don't know where Lori is getting this $charge to come out againShe was never involved in my discussions with Gene nor was she present during any of thisGene said it might take or treatments to get rid of them because they were "persistent "He said he would come out on August 22, 2017....he never showed up due to the fact Lori was screaming in the background when we were talking on the phone that he was not to come out again....apparently that is the reason he never showed up.Aso for Lori's comment that there wasn't any way to get to the nest...I had Ehrlich formerly Buffalo Exterminating come out and they corrected the problem and they were dead in hoursFunny Gene from Ryan's Exterminating could not do that.Lori says Gene came out on occasions in the morning to check his work..that is a lie....she told me that everytime Gene comes out he leaves a business card in the door....I NEVER found a business card in my door...therefore he never came back.There was not any rain to wash the killing dust away....which would not matter since the dust was suppose to be inside the hole to kill the yellow jackets and rain cannot get into the hole in the concrete.Also charging me for gas is ridiculous since they live blocks over within walking distance.I only want my $refunded because the problem was not corrected, I was told he would come back and never did and I had to spend more money to another exterminating company to correct the problemI feel I was taken advantage of and did not receive satisfactory service in the days this entire matter transpired.Thank you Regards, [redacted]

Dear Revdex.com: After review of this complaint, and the nasty comments on social media, we are done with this person. f,s I said before, the bees were gone when I checked back twice, and there w??s no need for more sprayThis person could not comment on my work, because the job was done sufficiently, so she had to start bashing my wifeShe has nothing to do with my workShe is my officeFor !someone to start bashing the wife goes too farShe knew I was right, but let's bash the wife to get money back.Every business gets one rotten egg once in a whileFor every rotten egg, I can give you people who call me back every year and are extremely satisfiedWe must be doing something right after years and a loyal following Wife bashing goes to her rotten credibility not ours.Because of the almost 50% discount she was given, I will NOT refund any money As I said before, the treatment worked and the crevice was sealed

First let me start off by saying that we have been in business for years and this is the first time we have ever had a complaint sent to the Revdex.comWe work on the honesty policy which is why we have been doing this so long and have a huge followingOf the hundreds of customers we service every
year, there are always a few that are not satisfied and want something for nothingSome we take to small claims cpurt and we always winThe law is very clear that if you hire someone to do work for you, it doesn't atter if it works or not, you must pay. Our price for all bee work is $plus a $re visit charge for gas and timeBecause we knew *** to be a: friend of a relative, we only charged her $for the bees and never the additional $for each visit after thatThe bees were between the cement porch corner and the basement wallThere was absolutely no way to get to the physical nest to instantly kill the beesGene went there once, she called back a second timeGene re sprayed with an insecticide dustAfter the second spray, he stopped back at her house the following morning to check on his workThere was no bee to be foundShe called back a third time and when Gene went back there were only 4-beesAgain he sprayed and again he stopped by the following morningAgain there were no bees anywhereWhere were these bees coming from? Were they coming from the neighbors yard, a bush in her yard, maybe a bee hive in the ground near by? The point is, there is no way to control outside work because we solved the problem but more bees kept showing upHow do you control the environment? Did it rain and the rain washed off the powder? We did our exterminating the same for her as we do for all our hundreds of other customersWe should have known better, since we did some rodent work for her a few years back and she complained at that time and never paid for that serviceI think, instead of refunding her money , we should charge her the extra $like we do for every customer, plus the additional $per return visits for time and gas as we do for the rest of our customersActually, for the $100, return times, each visit was $Who would come to your house and do work for $a visit? Repair men charge a $service charge j??st for walking through the doorIf they come back the following week, again they charge another $So we just think she wants something for nothing like she got for the rodent work years ago

He ALWAYS collects on his bill before leaving the premises. I have attached a copy of a bill from August 3, 2011 showing paid in full for a removal of a yellow jacket nest in my wall. If I did not pay my bill for services rendered, why would Gene come out again and perform another service...makes no sense. Also Ryan's Exterminating must encounter a problem with clients often as Lori stated they take clients to small claims court and "always win". Apparently this is a reoccurring matter...dissatisfied clients. When Gene was finished on his first visit he told me to wait 7 days for the yellow jackets to die..he said if I didn't see any improvement to call back and he would come out again...."no charge"...and he would take care of the problem u til it was corrected. I don't know where Lori is getting this $35 charge to come out again. She was never involved in my discussions with Gene nor was she present during any of this. Gene said it might take 2 or 3 treatments to get rid of them because they were "persistent ".
