Thank you for reaching out to us about the roof leak issue at 209 Providence Boulevard. I am the new property manager for Providence at Old Meridian as of October l 51 2016 (prior to the start of this issue).This was only brought to my attention on November 3012016 from a Facebook review...

left by Mr. [redacted].   From what I have uncovered, this issue was being worked on by the former property manager, [redacted], who was waiting on bids from new vendors to remediate the issue. Unfortunately, this was not passed along to me upon my arrival at Providence. As soon as I was made aware of the situation, I got to work on reaching out to new vendors to bid out this work. I am waiting to hear back from three vendors on completing this work ([redacted]). As soon as I receive these bids, the work will be scheduled for completion. We sincerely apologize for the frustration that Mr. [redacted] has experienced due to this miscommunication from a managerial change over. I can assure him as well as the Revdex.com that I am personally working diligently with each of these vendors daily to get the bid work into our office so we can get this issue remediated. I wou ld be more than happy to submit Mr. [redacted]'s property damage claims to our corporate office as well as scheduled a detailed carpet clean of not only the affected area but his entire apartment. It is my personal goal to ensure that all residents are able to fully enjoy their apartment homes and I look forward to finalizing this repair as soon as possible.
