I'm writing in response to Complaint ID: [redacted] against Ryan M[redacted] Entertainment. Ryan has personally reached out to me to solve this issue, and we can close the case. 
We have agreed for Ryan to send us back $100 of our retainer now and another $100 if he books with another client on October 17, 2015. We have reached this agreement together and no further action needs to be done from the Revdex.com.

Review: We reserved Ryan M[redacted] to be our DJ at our wedding in December 2014. After attending a bridal show we found another DJ that offered twice the amount of services (Music, mics, photo-booth) for half the cost. We discussed this with Ryan immediately after, giving him a fair change to match the prices or at least come close. Ryan was very unwilling to work with us. Therefore we started to question about getting our retainer of $200.00 back. This is when we read the contract that we signed with Ryan that stated:"In the event that the customer cancels, postpones, or reduces any services listed in the contract less than nine months in advance of the date, customer will forfeit the retainer." We then knew we would be able to receive our money back, since we started questing Ryan on January 8. Which is well before the 9 months of our wedding date (October 17). After lots of e-mails back and forth and us trying to explain our situation he refuses to refund our retainer to us even though we have a signed contract from both parties saying we are entitled to our money back.Desired Settlement: Per statement in signed contract:"In the event that the customer cancels, postpones, or reduces any services listed in the contract less than nine months in advance of the date, customer will forfeit the retainer."We request our $200.00 retainer back in full since we inquired about canceling services over nine months in advance.
