I contracted with *** and *** to completely redo my bathroom It took 1/months to get the bathroom signed off by the City, and it is still not complete I asked for a schedule for when the workers would be at my home I was told by the project manager that they don't give schedules, that people allow them to put a lock box on their house so they can come and go when they need I did not like that option One of the owners said that he would send me a schedule of when work was to be done, I never got it I had to call them to find out when someone was going to come to work The poor girls in the office who answered their phones were always apologizing to me I know they are there to keep customers calm It is not their fault their bosses run the business the way they do I find it funny that the company philosophy is "Client satisfaction is stressed in every phase of the construction process We don't wait until we're finished to find out if the customer is happy; we seek feedback throughout the project to make sure we stay true to their vision and exceed their expectations We don't just listen to what they're saying -- we hear what they're saying." The workers were often late, or did not show up I have pages of notes on how long the workers stayed, what they did, and the one thing that never came late was the bill from *** and *** I would never recommend this company to anyone I know that wants any work done on their home I don't know how they could have such a high grade from the Revdex.com
Ryan & Ryan remodeled my kitchen. They did a fabulous job from beginning to end. Their help in design and workflow was much appreciated. Their pride in workmanship shows in their finished product and the customer service made a big project manageable for our family.
