*** did purchase the living social dealShe did call April thru JuneWe are a small business and can not pay for a secretary to answer the phone at any given momentWe return calls daily or with in 24-hours from the time of the callDuring our busy
times it is very hard to return calls during the afternoon hoursIt is not fair to the customer that we are doing work for on that particular day to use the time that they are paying money for to return phone calls from the prior dayEvery time We returned a call to *** we had to leave a voicemail on her work office phoneWe asked a few times for a better number to reach her or any other way to make are communication back and forth easierWe were ignored and denied any other number or emailAt that point we had no sure way to contact herThere were numerous times I called and left messages with no return callWhen a customer does not return a call after two calls from us I do not proceed with trying to reach them after until they contact us againWe will never pressure a customer into using our services*** and I finally connected and set up and appointmentI personally went on the appointment to her residenceI showed up on timeHer neighbor hood is all on street parkingThe appointment was scheduled on a weekend and natural all home owners are home and there was no parkingThe area was new to me*** could have gave us some insight on the parking situationEvery other customer we do work for that knows of the horrendous parking lets us know and helps us outWhen I got to her house I could not find any where to parkEVERY space was fullWe us a have a truck and trailer when we do our handyman dealsIt allows us to have mostly everything we would need to do any jobI could not call *** about nit being able to park since I was not allowed to have proper contact numbers to reach herI did try to pull down one road and park with my flashers but a city cop yelled at me and told me to keep movingAt that point I could not do anything more than just to turn away and head back to the shopAfter the situation a did not return ***'s callsThe messages were not so nice and I felt it is better to not return themI actually at that point was afraid of what could happen to me or any of my employeesI do not want to put me or any of my employees in dangerWe want to provide the best service possible to each customer of oursIn order for that we need proper contact info and the willingness of the customer to work with usThis situation we were not given any reliable contact info and no willingness of the customer to help us provide the best serviceAny one that lives in Pittsburgh knows the neighbor hoods they live inThe biggest thing is parking and how to provide the ability for a contractor to come to there residence when parking is a huge problemI still would like to provide the living social deal to herThere has to be proper communication given to us so we can communicate be fore the appointment, during the appointment and after to thank you for her businessPlease contact me if you would like any additional info

I can easily see why this company is not Revdex.com-accredited My experience has been less than satisfactory A microcosm of my disappointment is the company's voicemail promises to "return all messages within business hours"; somehow I do not think that weeks later at best is a passing grade under its own guidelines

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
 
I find his response  a total lie.  I  called numerous times and we could not hook up.  I would call during normal business hours and he would return calls at night when I wasn't free.      One message I even  said  since we can't seem to get together could we set a day.  I set a date for one Saturday.   Just leave me a message. He never returned that call.   He is correct they have an answering machine.  When you call a business for 3 months and never once is your call returned during the day it does become very frustrating.  It says we are not available now leave your name and number and we will return your call.  To me that means within a few hours.  He has my phone number at work and my cell phone.  His comments about he was  not allowed to have a phone number to call me is just a total lie.  The reason he didn't call was because he never showed up that Sunday.  Why wouldn't he leave a note on the door.    Why would I tell him about the parking situation. I have had people come and repair appliances, paint my house, install cable and even had triple A there with a tow truck and they don't have problem. Never once  did , I   say  "by the way parking is tight."  I  Lastly when we made arrangements to meet it was a very pleasant conversation, I even offered to help him pick up business in my neighborhood.  When they didn't show I did leave a message saying  i felt this deal was a sham and I was contacted the Revdex.com.  I told him from them not to have the courtesy to call and say they won't be there or be let was very unprofessional.   If they were not  capable of handling the new business that putting their services on the living social website, in my eyes that is a sham.
The way to resolve this is to live up to the deal and apologize for the rude comments.  If not I want full reimbursement.

Review: I bought a deal off of living social for a promotion $150 for $75. Promotion ran out June 14th but you still would get the $75. I called from April thru June. I received a couple calls back and when I would return the call no answers. Then once I got them and they disconnected me. finally heard from them the end of June. They promised to be there July 28th 2014 between 10am and 10:30 I told them my neighbor had work to do and I would send them down. My neighbor and I waited from 10am to 1pm. I called several times no answer. I called the following day no return call.Called again leaving a message that I was reporting them to the Revdex.com and Living Social if I didn't hear back. Still no response.Desired Settlement: I want $150
