12/26/[left VM with consumer to call and let us know current status - last correspondence from business indicated they had repossessed the vehicle and were planning to sell itAlso sent an email]1-2- [left vm that would close complaint if I did not receive a reply by noon on January 4th, and perhaps nothing she wants Revdex.com to take up with the business as it appears they repossessed the car after their last correspondence to the Revdex.com]1-2- What happened on this is I got so fed up with them I took the car back to them, got all my stuff out, and told them they could have itI think it's a scam they have where they work on the vehicle, add the repair cost to your loan balance, the repair does not work so you have to go back and try again and your balance keeps getting higher and they don't know how to make repairs that are needed or don't do what's needed, so you have to keep bringing the car backThey never fixed mine; my bill just kept getting higherI believe after I left the car there in August and told them they could have it, I got some letter about owing $ I have not heard anything from them since I gave them the car back in August, so hopefully this is the end of itI agree, since there has not been any correspondence from them since August that Revdex.com does not need to contact them, let's let sleeping dogs lie, and complaint will be closed

I am rejecting this response because:The past due amount from the prior services would not be at this amount had the issues been fixed properly to begin with instead of "reprogramming" in an attempt to fix a more serious issueThe car now requires repair that I
do not have the money to pay forThe business has been extremely unprofessional in their threats to sue when I simply asked why the vehicle was not repaired correctly the first timeI do have messages showing the threats.
Threatening to sue a customer because of a question asked is out of line for anyone in any business formHad the vehicle been fixed properly the last time, I would not have been left stranded again with my children in a broken down carCompletely ridiculous
