The customer did drop off two used shirts and ordered six other t-shirts that had to be ordered in as the requested sizes were not in stockThese were parent t-shirts for their youth athletics football teamWhen he dropped off the t-shirts I informed him that youth jersey (kids) orders had priority and his order would be done once all youth jerseys had been completed and his ordered shirts arrived on islandHe messaged me a couple times and each time I informed him that I was still working on the youth jerseys and as soon as they were all done, I would start on his order or I could return his two used shirts and moneyThe youth teams are a part of the military youth athletics program which always receives their jerseys in late as they try to afford everyone the opportunity sign up and playFor the last nine years this has been our policy to put the kids jerseys in front of the parent team shirtsOnce I completed all the youth jerseys I started working on the parents shirts which his order was 12th in lineHis order did have three flaws, two of which were due to the used shirts and the print not sticking to the shirtI informed him on drop off and in a written message that we make no guarantees how long the print will last or if the print will attach to the used garment, which on his used shirts the print didn’t attach to the shirt in a smooth fashionOn the third issue, one of the corners of a letter on a name didn’t fully adhere to the shirt and caused that bottom corner to be wrinkledI discounted that name and returned the money for that nameAfter receiving a message asking for a refund I offered him a full refund the six shirts that I provided as long as he returned the shirts in new unworn conditionI was scheduled to leave the island in a few days so asked him to return the shirts before I left the island so he could get his money back faster or he could wait until I came back one island to return the shirts then He never answered which way he was going to return the shirts only stated that he was going to file a report with the Revdex.com and would be having a lawyer call us
