We had a furnace and AC installed in 2010 by Ryan Heating.and paid him right away. We left for Florida and rented out the house. Two years l[redacted]r my husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer so we came back home....after the renters left. to a house filled with mold and w[redacted]r dripping down the walls. Thinking we had a roof leak we called a construction company. It turns out that we paid for a condesent pump to be installed to take the mositure away from the furnace (this is a high efficiency furnace and produces high amounts of moisture). The consfruction company found that no condesent pump had been installed. So they installed one. Also the moisture from the furnace had been routed into our heating ducts instead of outdoors and thus made the mold and mositure. Our home was condemned until the problem was solved so we had to live in a motel until mold was elimin[redacted]d, we called Mr. T[redacted] of Ryan heating and he sent someone to inspect and said it was their fault and their insurance company would pay damages we incurred. When I told him we could not get his insurance company to pay and we were getting an attorney....he simply said. "Good luck". So we eventually....in January went to mediation to which Mr T[redacted] did not show ...of course...but his insurance company's attorney did show......we found out that to fight this we would have to pay $3000 for an expert witness. I am 72 years old and my terminally ill husband is 86, and I am working 40 hours a week to pay the contractor the $10,000 we owe them to fix the mess from Ryan Heating. We ended up with a paltry tiny amount for our troubles. Pleas so not use this heating company as the attorney for them said at mediation that
Ryan heating installed our furnace th pe old fashioned way. he does not feel the need to install condesent pumps as even tho y pay for one he may just decide to save some money.

Hired Ryan's to install a furnace in 2013. Larry did and his team did a great job, were easy to work with and attentive to my needs. Early on there was a problem with the motor--all was still under warranty and Larry was very responsive to getting this corrected with no cost to me. Noticed a noise recently and after contacting Larry he was at my house in 1/2 hour, discovered it was a filter issue...problem solved. I'd recommend Larry.

I had a furnace and A/C installed in 2004 by [redacted]. Yesterday my furnace started acting improperly and we called his office only to hear the secretary say she would message him and let him know what was up. He never called back himself, so we called back 4 times to try to get a time when he could make it. Never got a response from him. I guess he got too big now in his business and doesn't need mine because today he said to tell me to his secretary that he will not service my furnace with no explaination. After all the money we spent for him to install the furnace and duct work and the A/C in 04 and a couple of other service calls through the years. We always paid him immediately for his services. Now his message to me was he refuses to work on the furnace/A/C system he installed. No reason given. Can't get anyone else here within two weeks because they didn't do my furnace before. I'm disable with COPD and am very upset because if I get pneumonia out of this then the COPD gets worse. I may not make another bout with it. [redacted] knows that.
