I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The attached note was sent to [redacted] at Revdex.com yesterday (3/23) detailing why Ryan's Home Center has not resolved my complaint. There continue to be issues of: 1) non-responsiveness; 2) a leak which they claim to have fixed - but is still leaking (they say they're not responsible, but it was in my contract with them for them to repair this area and there was no leaking at all until after they worked on that area); 3) edges of siding not meeting properly/not laying against house - here they give me a story of us needing to wait until warm weather (the problem has now existed for 5 months) and then that we need to deal with the manufacturer of the product. We only paid Ryan's Home Center (NOT the manufacturer) and Ryan's is not standing behind the product they sold me nor the installation of it - which did NOT turn out well at all. We have no confidence that Ryan's will ever be appropriately responsive and we are convinced they will not rectify the problems that exist. We are left with the unfortunate choice of getting others to fix these problems - but we will continue to inform others of our dissatisfaction with the company, it's owner and their work.
