Do not allow this guy for any projects, he told me that he would complete a fence project on my house. I gave him a $500 deposit and now he will not return my calls or texts. I was laid off from work so currently I am an unemployed single mother who wanted a safe backyard for my son and dog to run around in, it’s only a horrible, immoral person to steal from a single mother.

I contracted Mr. Isaac for a painting job. I signed the contract. Mr. Isaac was supposed to sign the contract, give me the receipt the next day and begin the job. I initially gave him $600. I kept asking for the receipt and he kept giving me excuses for a copy of the contract. He initially started the job, asking for more money and then never completed the job and asked for the rest of the money and said he would be back the next day to finish the job. Needless to say, he never came back - never gave me the signed contract and never completed the job. I don't even have a half completed job. He kept promising he would come back next week and then next month, etc. He then blamed his wife for losing the receipt and then it went on and one. He is one of my neighbors so I was giving him a break and was very flexible. He kept saying he didn't have any money, but he bought a new truck. It seems as though he used the money to purchase a truck? Also, I was promised two coats of paint but only got 1 coat on my house and most of the trim was not done at all. I paid over $3600 and didn't get subpar service with less than half of a job done.
