Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:There were NO signs stating that the parking lot that was private property -- private meaning that it belonged to the owner of just one of the five condos in the buildingWe were visiting another condo owner in the same building and were instructed to park there as it looked very much like the lot belonged to the entire five-condo buildingThere was nothing to lead us to think that the entire lot was restricted parking in any wayThe PUC requires signs to be posted that cars will be towed at owner's expenseThere were no signs.And, for the record, we did not call after midnightWe made our first phone call (to law enforcement) at approximately 10:p.m-- as soon as we discovered our cars were missingIt took us about minutes and several phone calls to find out where our cars wereWe were visiting [redacted] for dinnerThat was the planWe had to get our cars back so that we could return to [redacted] as planned as we had obligationsInterestingly enough, there are now signs up in that very parking lotThey were first spotted by our friends (who own a condo in the building) on Saturday Regards, [redacted]
Unfortunately this customer will never understand that we were just responding to a call from someone willing to legally take on the responsibility of authorizing this towThis is not personal on our side nor is it more than 5% of our businessIt is not not our responsibility to put a no parking sign in the ground every place that is private propertyDo you have a private property sign in the drive way at your house? As far as signs ironically appearing, I have no idea what she is talking aboutNeither I, or anyone from this company have anything to do with these signs appearing Like I said before, we followed all the laws put forth by the PUCIf they deem necessary, they will initiate there own investigation into this mater and possibly provide this customer with all the authorized parties information so she can take them to court Hopefully this satisfies the needs of the Revdex.com as I feel that I have thoroughly explained my position
