Ryco electric was contracted by *** to complete multiple items in our home. We were scheduled from 8-12 on June 24. The company messaged stating they would be at our home at 8:45. I am currently wheelchair bound and in bed most of the day. No one ever rang the door bell or called to let me know they were at my home. I tried contacting the repair man and the electric company multiple times and they would not answer or call us back. I even texted the repairman in the same fashion he contacted us. They then marked the job complete and took our money even though they never stepped foot in my home and I was never informed that they were at my home by phone call or doorbell. They need to return the money and contact *** to let them know that they did not complete the job as they stated.
I contacted Ryco on Saturday and a call back happened the same day! The appointment was set for today. Mike arrived early in the time window of 1-4. The problem was a flickering light in the bathroom. Mike deduced it was one of the bulbs (there are 4of them). They were mixed regular and LED. The mixture seemed to be the problem. Bulbs were changed and Mike checked the fuse box to be sure there were no loose wires. He tightened all of the the screws just to be sure. Mike was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Worst service ever!! I should have cancel a claim appointment are the several instances that had occurred.
The electrician was unprofessional and didn't explain anything as to why my main box would blow. He stated I would need to get a second box because of the new appliances. Wrong!!! When I had asked the price, he stated "I'll talk to my boss to get a quote." My main box was popping in front of him and he would reset and insist a second box would be needed. He never called back to follow-up and didn't fix anything. A week later my main box blew and I had to file another claim. I learned that my home has extensive electrical issues that might cost me thousands of dollars if my insurance wont cover it.
Please do not use this company they not professional at all!
