Below is a copy of a letter I mailed to RideNow Powersport see address-below.They have failed to comply with the agree upon settlement of a payment of $I wrote this below letter to see if I could move them along with the paymentIt has been nine days without any acknowledgement.The case got closed before it was finalized by the paymentCan you help?Yours truly [redacted] & [redacted]

To whom it may concern,MrEtherton's statement is correct however it is not complete.? What was not stated is that he left us a $deposit to get us to install the roughly $in parts and accessories on the used Razor the he was purchasing.? All of this was completed as a rush order to be ready for him when he was supposed to pick up the next day.We have made multiple attempts to contact MrEtherton with no luck,.? We had the intention of attempting to renegotiate? some sort of? deal on the unit for him as we have no interest in having an additional $in accessories on this unit and would like to salvage something.? If that's not possible, there will be a least a mimimal labor fee involed for installing/removing the accessories.? Josh R [redacted] General Manager RideNow Powersports Suprise

We have been in contact with Sheffield financial who held the lien on their trade in, and have confirmed through their representatives that there would be no negative reporting or effect on the [redacted] ’s creditThere was a delay in trade payoff due to a delay in funding on the customers new purchaseHowever, we had the payoff check overnighted and confirmed receipt with Sheffield prior to any negative actions being? takenThere should be no further issues regarding their trade payoff, and this matter is resolved? To Whom it may concern,In reference to case #’s : *** and ***These two are the same complaint and are Boyfriend / Girlfriend, notice addresses and email addressesWe had reached out to Mr *** after his first complaint (case #***) to try and resolve the complaint then and
were unable to reach him but did leave a messageI spoke to my parts manager and he is aware of a missed call from Mr *** on Saturday August 12th, and was unable to return his call before end of business that dayHe is off Sunday and Monday and returned to work Tuesday the 15th when he did return his callThis complaint must have been sent in between Saturday and Tuesday when he did return his callWe are not aware of other missed calls from Mr ***.In regards to the item purchasedWe placed an order direct through Skat Trak to fulfill his concerns, we also compared the tires that came in with the tires we had been getting through one of their vendorsWe found no differences between the two, no markings to indicate any difference, and weighed them and found no differences versus what we currently had in stockObviously surprised by the second complaint (#***) I reached out to Mr *** and let him know all the comparisons we made and asked him what was leading him to believe they were “knock offs” or if there was some sort of marking we were not aware ofHe stated that because we use a WPS price tag and WPS is not a distributor, he just assumed that they weren’t and fired off the complaintsWe have verified since that he does in fact have tires from Skat Trak, and that none of this was an issue to begin with.Regards,Josh R*** General Manager RideNow Surprise

To whom it may concern, In response to case #***, Mrs *** had been advised on more than one occasion that a motorcycle chain is indeed a maintenance item, as listed in the maintenance section of her owners manual
Chain adjustment is and requiredWe also advised her that she was not properly maintaining her chain by not keeping it cleaned and lubricate as requiredHowever, it is not our policy to make warranty decisions for the manfacturers and since this customer feel like it shouldhave been a warrantable item, a claim should have been made regardless of whether it would have been approved or notBased on that not happening and causeing a customer to feel like they were getting the run a round, I have instructed our service department to issue a refund for the $that was paid Thank you, Josh R*** General Manager RideNow Surprise

To whom it may concern, In regards to Mr***’s complaint, the restocking fee of 20% is clearly printed on every receiptWe have already negotiated to reduce that to10% and to further credit the 10% restocking fee
towards his next purchase of the paddle tires he decides that he will be happy withWe have also informed him that we price match, so we will match any current pricing and credit his 10% restocking fee on top of that towards the purchaseWe have already been more than fair and have offered special consideration outside of what is clearly printed on his receipt Thank you for your time, Josh R*** General Manager Ridenow Surprise
