Left VM for Mr [redacted] indicating complaint will be closed 'Resolved,' as it appears business has done what customer asked.Advised Mr [redacted] that if issues remain to be addressed, he may contact Revdex.com to have case re-opened as needed

After reviewing the information provided by Mr. [redacted] and reviewing our paperwork, he is correct we did over charge him for the labor. We will send him a check in the amount of $183.56. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

The warranty that is being referred to by Mr*** is a local program that we have at our dealership, which is Nice CareThis is a program that we do at our dealership in Grand Forks for local use onlyWe did recognize that his vehicle
was unable to be driven to Rydell in Grand Forks, so the authorization was given to Lunde in Fargo to replace the batteryMr*** states that Lunde is owned by RydellThat is an inaccurate statementLunde's is an independent dealership that belongs to our dealer group, it is not owned by RydellWith that being said, we do work closely with them and did make arrangements to replace the batteryI have enclosed a copy of the Nice Care contract that explains what is and is not covered under this programThe belt tensioner is not a covered itemThe contracts also states that that all covered work must be done at the selling dealership to be covered
We did cover the battery but are not responsible for the belt tensioner

The Rydell salesman told me that Rydells owns Lundes so there response is inaccurate at best They are far from being fair in keeping their word as a dealership when I've been lied to from the salesman I bought my Ford FXfrom to the used car sales manager , I will be more than happy to speak to the media on this as well which was in the initial complaint formRydell's of Grand Forks, ND is not a consumer friendly dealership or reliable and trust worthy for that matter

I have spoken to our parts Director and we will refund the full amount to Mr***We are going to try and submit the refund through the credit card he used at the time of purchase, but if we cannot access that information we will send him a checkMr*** can keep the part we sent him,

On October 7th a refund of $was issued to the card on file for Mr***, which was the cost of the part. The refund will take approximately 5-business days depending on the type of card usedDebit cards may take longer depending on the issuing bankI apologize that we did not

According to our tracking number the part was delivered April 10th and left at the front door. Please let me know if the customer does not have the part.Thanks,Kathy [redacted]
