Review: I purchase a truck from ryder on 4/**/13 and went to Columbus ohio to pick up the truck. when I got back we notice that the antifreeze was coming out of the radiator cap. Ryder said I need a new cap. I was ask to purchase a extended warranty and they said we couldn't get the extended warranty. I did not know why they didn't want to sell the warranty. I am a small business owner and I purchase the truck for $ 38000.00 and I have to make a payment of $800.00 every month. I have a contract with JB HUNT nobody will rent me a truck to continue my contract with JBHUNT. All the rental places that rent trucks said I have to be in business more than one year or $10.000 down to rent a truck. Ryder refuse to help fix the truck. the truck is at cummins power system at Ronkonkoma long island new York.Desired Settlement: I would like ryder to pay for repairs which is $11.000.00 and lost of revenue.
