We are a residential moving company leasing vehicles from Ryder Transportation Services We've had contractual issues on one of the leased vehicles with Ryder for more than a year, including the misrepresentation of the specs of the vehicle and, as a result, inflation of lease rates/charges We've been continually reaching out to many Ryder Account Managers (including Mr [redacted] ) and other Executives with absolutely no response We exercised our right to surrender that leased vehicle Rather than working out with us to solve the issues, Ryder chose to send us to collections for the purchase of BOTH our leased vehicles Below are our issues relating to the lease and subsequent Schedules -Truck Spec Issues -Schedule “A” states vehicle will be cab/chassis, body, and lift gateActual vehicle is Schedule ”A” section -Schedule “A” states “ Vehicles provided by Ryder may not be of same make and model year listed but shall be reasonably comparable.” Schedule
