After only a year; we are experiencing a real problem with our window that was installed by one of their installersI called several times in the last two weeks to have someone come out and examine itThey keep dodging me; and saying that they will get back to me but they don'tI tried calling other offices through out Canada; and it seems that no one, in any town is answeringI largely suspect that business became so bad; that they have shut her down completely - nation wideIf you call there, don't expect anyone to answerI will later drive by the office to see if the sign is still displayed or notI'm guessing not!
Quite honestly, the worst company I have ever dealt withI've never written a review on a company before but I really feel strongly about cautioning you all about this company
I'm not going to spend a long time writing this other than saying they are extremely unprofessional, they do not show up on time, will not return your phone calls, hang up on you mid sentence, leave tools around your house, we've had to have them back times for warranty work that's a nightmare to get done, their supplies are 3rd class, brutalSeriously, stay away from themThey are all terrible, all of them
Made an appointment for an estimate at 6:30 26/09/2016. after 45 minutes of no show, phoned the company who said they would get in touch with the rep. and call me back. Another 45 minute wait before I phoned the company which was now closed. If this is the way they treat their customers prior to installing windows, I am glad that they did not show at all!
I had Meridian Windows install a front door an rear patio doors and the installation was absolutely terrible. The installers were polite, but did a terrible job of installing. I noted 3 times , once with the salesman, once with the measurement guy and also with the installers that they are to make sure that they applied spray foam around the windows and doors, otherwise there is no point in installing energy efficient windows. When they were complete, they had only applied foam seal to 30% of the surface. The patio doors have a 1/4" gap from the top to bottom, so they are not going to seal properly at all. I had to call them back to re-seal everything, and they didn't understand what the problem was. They could still not fix the gap between the doors. I have been waiting since November to hear back from them what they are going to do.
