Review: I had my car towed to ryly's auto on6/13/14 (via aaa)I asked him to drain the trans. fluid and refil it to the proper level, because my grandaughter had over filled it ,quite a bit, and it would not stay in gear. (automatic) I told him "don't drive it" it will only hurt the trans. more. He agreed and said he would do the work on 6-17-14. I agreed.I called him on monday the 23rd and he said it needed a new trans. I asked him if he drained the fluid and he said no. He said he drove the car only a short distance and it wouldn't go anymore. I told him not to drive it, but he did anyway.He told me it needed a new trans. I again asked him to drain the trans,but this time he said they did not do that work. He told me to pick the car up and there was no charge. We called today telling him that a tow truck was coming to pick the car up. Now he said we owe 20.00 because hje checked the car. He drove the car when I told him not to and never did the wsork he said he would do. We paid the 20.00 only because he would not release the car without payment. I feel he hurt the car more by driving it.Desired Settlement: refund the $20.00
