Rynone Kitchens

We worked with Rynone Kitchens because they were highly recommended by a designer we had hired to design our new kitchen*** is a very likeable guy who also seemed very knowledgeable about cabinets and he worked hard to help us find solutions to accomplish the vision we hadWe were initially very impressed by himHowever, once the kitchen was 'finished', several items had not been delivered and installed: the pullouts for one of our cabinets, and custom pantry doors which *** himself had come out to measure for on two separate occasionsAfter being asked repeatedly when the doors would be done, and giving us vague answers, *** finally claimed that he knew nothing about these doors and refused to get them made for us Same with two missing drawer pullouts, which we had paid forHe stopped taking our calls for monthsWe finally had to make an arrangement with our designer to pay for the doors (again!), splitting the cost with the designer, in order to get the doors made by one of his contactsI left a VM for *** asking him to at least pay for 1/of the doors and he agreed to that As of the last time I spoke to the designer, he had not been paid by ***
Based on our experience, I would not recommend Rynone Kitchens
