Review: On Monday, December 23rd my spouse arrived at Ryon's Towing to retrieve his vehicle. The customer service person informed him that he would not be able to pick up his vehicle because there was towing truck and other cars parked in front of the vehicle and they are short staffed. Also, they were not sure when the person would be back to move the vehicle so that he could retrieve his vehicle. I placed a call to Ryon's towing myself to get more information regarding the situation and why the other vehicles could not be moved by one of THREE employees at the facility. I also, asked how are customers going to receive their vehicle if you have the same indivdiual who drives the tow truck is the same person to move cars around the lot. The customer service rep hung up the phone on me when I asked those questions.My spouse informed me that the response he received from the employees that were working, stated " I am sorry there is nothing we can do, your just gonna have to wait", meanwhile all of the staff are eating lunch and telling a customer we're sorry we're just not able to help. In result, my spouse waited hours upon hours for the tow truck driver to return to retrieve his vehicle. This also means that other customers are waiting just as long as my spouse to retrieve their vehicles because the facility is short staffed and not functional. It is very unprofessional and dysfunctional to have a customer service rep hang up on a customer because they choose not answer the customers questions.Desired Settlement: If a place of business is short staffed that needs to be explained to the customer who is waiting to retrieve something that ALREADY belongs to them. Hanging up the phone is totally unacceptable customer service and telling him there is nothing we can do your just going to have to wait(In these exact words). An estimated wait time was not provided either, after my spouse paid the full amount owed to Ryons Towing service. At this time I am requesting a refund from Ryon's service for wait time and most of all unprofessional, incompetent, unethical, ignorant customer service. I also recommend that the owner trains his/her staff professionalism regardless if the place of business is a towing lot or not. It is still a place of business and customers should be treated as customers with a sense of professionalism and courtesy.
