The owner Robbie R [redacted] came to our home today to give us ideas and estimates for our AZ roomHe was short with us, rude to us and we had to ask him to leaveWe called another business and they told us that many have come to them with the same complaint about R***(rude, demanding and disrespectful.) We wonder how he stays in business with his nasty and unfriendly attitude and remarksHe has other good reviews but we now feel after talking with the other businessmen that they could be fake or done by his friendsHe has friends????

I spoke with the individual that took [redacted] call on September He indicated that she was very pleasant on the phone, said we had installed siding for her years ago, and wanted to know the expiration of the warranty He explained the warranty was for years and she said ok There was no further request until we received the Revdex.com complaint Installation was completed April 25, I have someone going to [redacted] tomorrow, Oct 2, on other storm damage appointmentsWe will make contact with [redacted] and see if he can stop by to take a look and discuss her concernsI will give further response at that time Thank you, [redacted] ***

[redacted] inspected the issue of complaint, which was loose aluminum fascia.  Work was completed April 25, 2011 and was beyond the 2 year warranty.  As a note, the area was also hit by a major monsoon storm on 9/27/2014 with winds reaching up to 70 mph. [redacted] found that the fascia had some loose screws and tightened them as a courtesy.  It was explained to the homeowner that the homes in the neighborhood were built without wood fascia and the condition of the neighbor's eaves were shown to the homeowner as well as documented by pictures.  Attached are pictures of the aluminum fascia installed in 2011 and tightened by [redacted] on 10/4/2014.
