Review: On 09/03/2013 I took my vehicle to S F Carwash to be cleaned. After the cleaning I notice numerous scratches in a particular area of the drivers door of my [redacted] truck. I notified a worker of the damage and he notified the [redacted]. The [redacted] came and looked and stated that I would have to take it up with the [redacted]. The [redacted] told me to comeback at 12:30pm an 1 1/2 hours later to speak with the [redacted]. I returned by 12:30 pm to speak with the [redacted]. While he walked over to the vehicle he laughed without even looking at the damage and stated " it's not me" and then started using profanity at me and telling me to get off his property. After a few more foul words he jump in my face pointed his finger cursing more. I asked him if this was the way he conducts business with customers and I was going to call the police. The [redacted] stated that the [redacted] was an [redacted] like that & have had other complaints from other customers. The police came and they told me it was a civil matter and to notify the Revdex.com. The officer also stated that "they were aware of other complaints of the [redacted] and his business". I left the premises after that and will not return to do anymore business. If the [redacted] or [redacted] would of agree to get the area buffed out to see if that helps, it would of been something to resolve this matter. Very Respectfully,[redacted]Desired Settlement: A full refund of purchase and to repair the scratches on my [redacted] vehicle drivers door.

Review: On Wednesday 3/2/2016 I went in to get a car wash when my [redacted] went into the shop it was perfectly fine. When my 2015 came out of the car wash it had as scrach the size of a quarter on the drivers size front end. I asked to speak to the manager wo came out upset and stated for me to get the F off his property and instructed his employees not to talk to me. The only thing that I wanted was a $12.00 refund for the car wash. Thanks to SF Car wash my repair bill is now $125.00Desired Settlement: If the owner could refund me for the car wash or pay for my repair bill

Review: On March 7, I went to the cashier ([redacted]) to hand her my voucher and to ask what their hours of business were. She stated that they were open Mon - Saturday 10-5. I stated to her that I had been to the business on the designated days and times and the business appeared not to be opened because no car wash equipment was on but their was a truck parked ajacent to the unlocked glass doors. So, I asked her was she sure of the hours. She then told me that I was getting a free car wash. I tol her that my car wash was not free because I had paid for services at the dealership.

She then jumped from behind her desk and told me again that I was getting a free car wash and instructed me to get out or she would call security. I asked her why she was going to call security for my asking a question. I then asked for the manager. She told me he was not on the premesis and told me again to get out. My car had then been run through the car ash and was being dried by the car wash team outside. I went out and told them what had happend. They then told me that the manager was worse than the cashier and I would not get anywhere with him either. I told them that she was very rude, put me out and threatened to call security for asking a question. I later reported the incident to [redacted]. They have had similar complaints from the same place of business.Desired Settlement: I refuse to do business with people who have no interpersonal skills. It does not matter that I gave them no money for my carwash. I was given an $11.99 voucher from the dealership who services my car so I earned the right for a voucher to get my car washed. I have two other vouchers which I will not be using. I would not be able to get away with that type of discourtesy at my employment and neither should [redacted]. She was beyond rude and was in my face. Had I not moved out of the building I believe she would have struck me. She was clearly agitated when it was my turn and the personnel outside says that this is her personality. All other people in the waiting room just looked at her and shook their heads. I am filing this complaint so that the public knows that their business may have a monopoly in the Stafford VA area, but no one will tolerate their rudeness for a carwash.

Review: On Sunday, 31 Jan 16 around 2pm I took my car to be washed and one of the workers got some kind of oil on my seats. When I tried to let the owner know about it he wouldn't even look at my seats and he just started cursing at me... telling me to get the "f$" out of here. I called the police. The police came and said I should take pictures (which I did) and file a complaint. This is not how paying customers should be treated.

Review: I went to this business for the very first time. My car was damaged during the wash. I called them when I found the damage I left my name and number with [redacted] who answered the phone when she said the [redacted] were gone for the day. I told her what happen and she stated that she would give them my message but they will tell me they do not cover damages to vehicles. I filed a claim with my insurance company. I called this next morning twice until someone answered. I talked to [redacted] the [redacted] who stated they won't fix my car. He suggested that I come by to show them. When I did, both [redacted], the [redacted] and [redacted], the [redacted], refused to fix my car. They were very rude too.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement for repair costs and refund of my carwash

Response:

Spoke with [redacted] from the business and was told that the customer came into get her vehicle washed and once she left and had gotten home she called back to say there was damage to her vehicle. The customer was unable to talk to the [redacted] at the time so she left a message. The customer called back the next day and was told to bring the car back in so that the business could take a look at the vehicle. The customer did not return and has not called back since the issue. Howard states that the customer is not in the car while it is being washed and only after an employee checks the vehicle out with the customer is the vehicle released to the customer to look over and then drive away.

Review: I had my brand new, 1 week old car washed at the S & F Car Wash on Sept. 13, 13 at approximately 1:30 p.m. I left the location and drove approximately 3 miles down the road to get gas. When I got there I noticed I had 2 round circle scratchs and dents on my rear bumper. They lined up almost below my license plate. I realized at that moment that a another car at the car wash had hit the back of my bumper with the screws from their license plate guard. I immediately returned to the car wash and asked for the [redacted] came out to see my car and said that the damage could not have happened at their car wash. He told me I could not prove it did since I did not see it happen. I told him I literally just left there and know that when I arrived and left my car with the young man to vacumm and put it on the car wash belt there was no damage to my brand new car! He told me they have lines painted on the vacumm area so the kids know where to stop the cars so they don't bump one another. He then said the belt on the car wash would stop if a car stopped while going through the line. At the other end another kid drives your car out of the wash and around to the front to be dried. This whole time I was seated in their lobby with 2 T.V's, magazines, snacks and couches, tables and chairs waiting for my car. [redacted] told me when the cars come off the line, the kid hears a buzzer to signal a car is done and needs to be driven around. That guy had white EAR PHONES in his ears so I question whether he could hear anything! I could not hear any buzzer inside. The car wash was very busy that day with only 3 employees at the end of the line drying cars and detailing wheels. The guy who was suppose to hear the buzzer and drive cars around was busy detailing wheels with his headphones on when my car was done. I wondered when he was going to go it and pull it around. 4 other customers came in behind me. I suspect my car was damaged at this point. I asked to speak to the owner. [redacted] then came out and told me there was no way his car wash damages cars and said I could not prove anything and told me to have a good day and walked away from me. I told him I was going to file a complaint against him and his car wash and he told me I was welcome to do that. I called the police at this point and they came out and said there was nothing they could do, but that they have received 2-3 phone calls a week from people at the car wash saying their cars had been damaged and the [redacted] or owner would not do anything about it. They suggested I call the county and then report them to Revdex.com. I took my car to a body shop and the estimate to fix it is $622.41! I put out a warning on my [redacted] account about not using this car wash. Several people told me about having money stolen from their cars and items missing when they had their car washed at S & F Car Wash. Another woman told me she had rear panel damage and license plate damage and was also going to file a complaint because she got the same treatment I did. Several friends suggest I report this to the Revdex.com. So I am asking for any assistance you can give me since the owner will take no responsibility for this and I know it happened at their business.Desired Settlement: My insurance is filing a claim under uninsured motorists. I have to pay a $200.00 deductible. The insurance company will pay the remaining $422.41 and a pay for a rental car for 2 days while the body shop repairs my bumper. I feel S & F Car Wash should reimburse me and my insurance company for the damages. If I was the only one this happened to it would be one thing, but others have as well and I can only hope they are contacting you as well. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can give me.

Review: I've been using this carwash since they opened as I like to support local businesses. On 3 Jan 16, I took my new truck there and realized (after they closed) that one of the rear parking sensors had been damaged in the carwash. I called the next day and spoke with a very nice lady, who advised me to try the dealer first (as the vehicle was new)...I did. The dealer agreed to repair the sensor at a discounted rate. Today (9 Jan) I approached the owner about some sort of reimbursement as the damage occurred at his establishment. He was extremely rude and stated "I refuse to argue with you!" This was odd, as I wasn't arguing. Actually I hadn't even finished explaining my situation when he turned and walked away. Wow! I will never take any of vehicles there again. What a rude man!!Desired Settlement: Reimbursement for the part, approximately $130.00

Review: on this day June 13, 2015 Saturday at 5pm I decided to wash my car at SF car wash for the first time. As I drove up to get it washed a young lady took my keys and proceeded to service my car. Went in to pay for it and waited for my name to be called when it was ready. 10 min later they called and said it was done, as I went to open the driver side door I've noticed a scratch and 2 dents along the side of the door. I then told one of the employees that was drying my car about the damage he then said you need to talk with the manager. The manager then pulled up and I then showed him the damage then that's when he says that its not from here in a loud tone of voice. I just purchase this car so I know it wasn't there before. As I was trying to explain the situation he got loud and started cussing me out in front of my 8 year daughter. When I told him I was gonna call the police he got in the car left. The employees then told me this is the third car that day who had damage to their car and made a police report. If I have known that I would had NEVER went. Even tried asking to view cameras and they denied.
