Tell us why hereOur Customer Benedetto Caruso is the owner of a Ford Fusion Hybrid model *** *** has had his vehicle since 9-*-and has almost milesWe have at all times addressed any concerns or questions *** *** has had within this time periodMost recently *** ***
was in on July *, and had two concerns he requested looked at, first was his Lane Assist system and second his Sync voice command featureWe both road tested the vehicle after we diagnosed and checked the Lane Assist system which was working and also road tested with *** *** and the Service Advisor and Service Technician to see if we could all duplicate his concernWe were not able to duplicate the concern and also provided *** *** with documentation from Ford on how the Lane Assist system is designed to work and the various characteristics and technology that are part of that systemWe also checked his voice activated Sync system and it was working and we could not verify any problem at that timeWe advised *** *** that we would fix and repair any problem that we could verify and repair according to Ford Motor Policy and ProcedureWe have documented all of *** ***'s service visits and he has been furnished a copy of what we did and any repairs that had been made under Ford's warrantyWe also advised *** *** if at anytime he was in the area and the concern occurred he could stop by and we would have a technician check it out and proceed from thereWe also gave *** *** the minimum requirements for his lane keeping system and that the system will only become available over 40mph and will work as long as the camera can detect at least one lane marking, however the system may not function if the camera is blocked or if there is damage to the windshieldWe also made it possible for the owner to have a detailed conversation with our Certified Ford technician to go over the system and answer any further questions *** *** may have hadOur service department is here to assist *** *** at anytime with any service issues or questions he may have

this matter has been settled with the customer.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Yes, I have moved out of state but have never spoke to Mr. S[redacted] over the phone.  He only responds to emails. On December [redacted], he stated that he would get to my request.  However, he was unable to be reached by phone and did not respond to emails.I do not agree with the fact that he cannot assist me due to negative complaints. I am requesting now that his superior contact me to get this resolved. Thank you,[redacted]-[redacted]

RECEIVED DOCUMENTS 11/**/16-CONFIRMED WITH CUSTOMER OF DOCUMENTS ARRIVALUSUAL TIME TO COMPLETE TASK 2 WEEKS.PUT ON FAST TRACK FOR 1 WEEKHOWEVER- DUE TO NEGATIVE PUBLIC REVIEWS, STATING ACTIONS THAT WILL BE TAKEN BY CUSTOMERS, WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED MAYBE NOT TO PROCESS REQUEST.THIS REFUND DOES NOT...

EFFECT ONES CREDIT.  PERHAPS HER LATE FEES FOR PAYMENTS IS THE CONCERN, I (ORIGINATING DEALER) HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH HER LATE PAYMENTS.Customer has moved out of state, and is not a pleasure to speak with on the phone.
