I am rejecting this response because:We paid for "same-day service" and we did not receive all of our clothes on the next day We received some, but not all of our clothes on the "same-day service." If the clothes aren't going to be provided within the time frame, don't call it same-day service.We tried to resolve this by asking for a partial refund.

I am rejecting this response because:Okay so fine. Assuming there was no additional charge for same-day service, we still agreed to use the services because of the claim of same-day service.  The clothes were not returned the same day nor on the next morning.  We were told we could go pick up the clothes from the plant off Oltorf (or somewhere in South Austin) if we needed the clothes.  That was right before all the flooding happened.

There was not / never has been any additional charge for same day service.  Any and all charges are for cleaning.  Same day service is something we do as an accommodation to customers in need of a quick turn-around.  If we were not able to do so, I do apologize and will address this...
