I am rejecting this response because Craig W*** is lieing to you..when we disgust doing bathroom job he told me he did everythingDrywall, tile, plumbingHe did not put window in, it was there window person made it smallerJust want to mention him saying he removed shed free of charge, that's because he told my husband if he was getting rid of it he could use it for storageGetting back to shower I went into *** *** after job was done to ask counter people if this was correct base, they told me only way it could be used for base is if it was installed properlyI never hired drywaller or tile guy, Craig w*** didHe called them I didn't even know these peopleMy husband and I didn't know procedure, he was calling the shotsNo wonder he didn't want me to buy my own base on his invoice says he paid Charged me That's fine as long as job was done properlyHe claims I was hiring bathroom people and they were doing job out of order..blatant lie!! I find it funny he would pull out invoices for you, I never saw them, those were for his useWhere is my bill showing what he charged me for laborAnd itemized bill for productsI now have mold going behind tile and could possibly have water leaking slowlyThere is nothing to stop it.when his part was done I had to get rid of him, I got someone else to install doors, install lightWe did tell a lady about him to fix something plumbing for her before our job was doneHer quote was never again, she lives by herself and he kept using extreme vulgar wordsI had same problem, my husband asked him to act professionalI went to tile place today to ask them if there is any way for me to get fixed without ripping this outThey said they would not recommend, this needs to be taken out and redone since it wasn't installed properlyMold is growing and probably slow leaking in these holes where either surround goes in or drywall and tile would have been installed properly..as you can see in picture drywall should have laid on top shelf, then where holes are either surround or tile should of laid on thereThis is a terrible mess he made and I feel he should be responsible to give me money to get done properlyHe lied to me saying he could do this job when he couldn'tI had plenty of time to get people that new how to do the jobWe sold our house months before we had to moveSo I was getting estimates in the mean timeThe lovely lady I bought house from gave me a key and allowed me to bring people through so we were already to start work day after settlementWe then had month to do as much work as possible, basically the dirty stuff.painting and bathroomWe rented back from buyer of our houseCraig w*** is a scam artist, had he told me he was subbing work out, I would have never hired himHope you can help me before he does this to someone else

Re; 6/24/15 12:00 AM Complaint by [redacted]First, my main business is crafting under the name S & C Handmade Crafts. I go to churches, fire companies and other local craft shows to display and sell my crafts. I help friends, neighbors and family in remodeling projects. Customer's husband...

has referred me to a few of his friends.Response to Customer's Complaint:Customer was selling their home and settling on their current (much older) home and needed remodeling work done in 30 days. Since I had done work for the customer before, customer contacted me to help with the remodeling of the bathroom. Customer's husband was on vacation and did the demolition work in the bathroom. Customer has a small window in the bathroom where she wanted to put a shower and was undecided on what to do. Eventually she decided to make the window smaller and install a walk-in shower. Customer's husband went to [redacted] and picked up a vanity, spigots, mirror, lights and toilet (because of their age I suggested a handicapped toilet) on my account at my cost. Customer's husband went to Lowe's and picked up a shower base and I told him it was pretty flimsy and probably would not hold up. Customer's husband went to [redacted] for a shower base and told the counter person at [redacted] that they were going to tile the bathroom and customer's husband wanted to make sure the base was the correct one. The person at [redacted] confirmed that the base was correct for the type of installation they were doing.| installed the toilet, vanity and shower base. I used a wet base under the shower to make it more solid. The shower base was a universal shower base to be used with a tub surround or tile. The wall had to bebuilt out about 7%” all around to fit the base which I told the customer. The customer did not want to do that nor did she want to add a bull nose tile that would go from the tile to the base. This was also explained by [redacted] when customer's husband picked up the items. I did not do any dry wall or tile work after the base was installed. There has been no problem with the installation of the vanity and toilet and the shower base does not leak. As far as the customer's comment that another plumber she hired indicated that the base I installed was incorrect, I believe the plumber was not aware of the entire situation and made an incorrect assumption. As an aside, I almost walked off the job at the beginning because the customer constantly made a decision then changed her mind. I indicated that she couldn't keep changing her mind or the work would not be completed in time. She also had issues with the painter and other contractors that I came in contact with during the project. While I was working on the bathroom, the customer voiced her issue about a small shed that was in the yard. She wanted it out of the yard and I removed it for her free of charge. Also, I never indicated that payment had to be in cash. I accept cash or checks from my customers as well as providing them with a receipt if they request one. A receipt was not requested by the customer. I do not believe I owe her any refund since the items I installed were done correctly. I have contacted [redacted] regarding this installation, and they confirm that the correct base was sold to the customer. Attached is a copy of the installation instructions as well as copies of the invoices for the items picked up by customer's husband.I have many customers who have been with me for years. They appreciate my honesty and work and refer me to their friends and neighbors. I do not appreciate this woman’s accusations nor do I appreciate her maligning my character. She did contact me, probably on the same day she contacted you. She was rude and obnoxious and threatened me with a $4,000 bill or she would contact the Revdex.com. I told her to do what she had to do.It is very odd that this woman waited a year before contacting me regarding this installation.Sincerely, Craig W[redacted]Coplay, PA 18037
