They charged me five months ago, but refuse to complete the task.
In June 2013 I lost my son who lived in Denver, CO. Since I lived in a different state, the Olinger representative and I communicated over the phone and by email. Using my personal credit card I paid for all of the expenses including the plot. I was in Denver a few days later when we buried my son.

When I visited in December I was heart-broken to see that he was in an unmarked location (I could not find him). I went to the office and [redacted] told me that the amount I had paid did not include a headstone. While crying I filled out some forms and paid for a headstone. [redacted] promised to send me a picture of the headstone when it's installed.

On March 3, I requested a picture of the headstone. [redacted] replied that they could not install it, since my son's father, the plot owner, needs to approve it. I immediately informed her that I never authorized him to be the plot owner, and asked them to fix their records.

On April 1, I sent another email. The response, while confirming that they showed me as the person who paid, was once again, his father has not provided approval. Again, I asked them to fix the error, and add my name as the plot owner.

On April 15 I sent another email to [redacted] asking him to put me in contact with Olinger management, but have not heard from them.

This has added to my heart-ache. I had never authorized him to sign any of the paperwork, and Olinger refuses to fix the error. My son's father was an absent father, and I have no idea why his signature was accepted without my consent. Olinger should have emailed me the paperwork (like they did with the rest of the paperwork), and I'd sign and return it to them.

With all the hurt I've had since the passing of my son, I don't think it's fair for Olinger to put me through this. They tell me that the plots in that corner were owned by someone who buys a group of them and sells them individually. I contacted him, and he says that it's out of his hand and Olinger is the one that owns the paperwork and process.

Please help resolve this ASAP. Thank you.
