3 years ago,I signed 4 year contract.equipment was faulty.siren sounded like baby bird in a nest.noway to hear it outside the home.
sales person told me cops would be here 20 minutes at the most.alarm sounded 2 times,cops showed up 45 minutes both times.police station is 20 minutes away.
fact is the system is worthless.to this point,cost me $125 install fee,monitoring-$900=$1025 wasted.asked to get out of useless contract,was told no.
no thief will stay at any home for 45 minutes ,waiting for cops to come.a silent home after indoor siren shuts itsself off.[a few minutes,it gets hot,shuts off]
all thieves know cops eat out ,as much as they can stuff in their mouth at noon.no way he will go to a alarm unless its his home.
