I am rejecting this response because:The business owner made offensive statements in his responseTo get the facts straight, the repairman did not get my signature up frontHe started working on arrival, and presented the paperwork after the work was completed and he was ready to leaveI questioned the amount does not match the quote I received, did not get a straight answer and said the final bill will be emailed. Thats was the time I signed his paperwork in both places
