Review: I recently purchased a pool cleaner which does not work properly. I am unable to return it or get a replacement due to company policy.Desired Settlement: I want a different model or a replacement for the AquaStar pool clear that was purchased for $425 dollars (i.e I want one that works).

the homeowner did not purchase this product from Superior Pool Products. He purchased the unit from a local service company and when it did not perform to his liking he complained to the pool service company. We never received that complaint and were not given the opportunity to resolve the issue. Mr. [redacted] went on our company website and interpreted our policies as No Returns, which is inaccurate. That is when he filed his complaint. He then contacted the manufacturer who responded with a replacement cleaner.
I did speak to Mr. [redacted] and apologized for the confusion and I also called the service company to assure them that in the future we will always work to resolve warranty or product issues. At this point the product has been replaced, Mr. [redacted] is satisfied with the performance and I do not see anything else needed on our end. Please let me know if there is anything else you need from me. Thank you [redacted].
