The building manager [redacted] She's unprofessional and vindictive, and untrustworthy. If there is an inspection coming the next day, instead of being a decent human being and letting you know at a reasonable time, will wait till after business hours and silently leave their little 12 hour notice pink door hangers. not a single phone call, voice or text message or even a courtesy knock on the door, knowing full well no one will see see this notice till well into the next day about half way through your 12 hours. ANY problems found during an inspection will be kept secret from you until she gets back to the main office where she will lie and exaggerate it and will file false complaints from other tenants. !, Hoarding, noise complaints, open flame candles, etc... ) She'll refuse to enforce their own rules because you've made it to her list. I like these apartments, I felt at home here till she started this unprovoked campaign of lies and false claims. We've paid our considerably high rent on time or in advance and complied with every reasonable and required request, spent well over $200 trying to rectify a problem that does not exist in order to satisfy this woman's falsehoods, to no avail and now they are probably going to be losing a customer that paided on time and in full which I understand that last tenant in this apartment was anything but. DO NOT RENT from this company.
