Response:I have already sent the refund ck to the customer and that the customer has every right to be upset, I had advised my employee [redacted] to issue the refund ck asap and that he did not, also he hadn't advised that the customer had called several timesI had my office personnel send the ck as soon as I had read the complaint from the Revdex.comThe customer should have the refund check by no later then 01/21/Thank you [redacted] Hi-Tech Auto ###-###-####
