This is an online game called Navyfield involving many people from around the world. Some choose to be easily offended and manage to get enough of the moderators of the game to see things their way. Rather than accept a statement of fact involving one particular aspect of the game against another, my benign comment was taken as offensive and I was banned from the game for a period of 48 hours. Ordinarily I wouldn't worry about such things as it is only a game, but one option of this game is to pay $10/month for a premium subscription that grants certain bonuses to gameplay. This exorbitant ban from the game is costing me a portion of that payment and as I have paid money for a service I am no longer being provided, I feel that I should be compensated for it. If they wish to deny me the service, I wish to deny them my payment or be reimbursed in some way. As I was banned for 48 hours, I would like to receive that much added onto what I have purchased. Regardless of the reasons for the ban, I have paid for a service and expect to receive it. Multiple attempts to negotiate with the company have failed, therefore I have chosen to make this formal complaint. The company is very secretive and the listed phone number is not connected so getting hold of them may be very tricky. However, I would like to make anyone who might be interested in the games that company provides, fully aware that the company has no regard for the worldwide community of players that it creates and there is a massive amount of unrest as a result.
