S & D Flooring

I worked as a sub for S & D Flooring in July of 2011 for a verbally agreed upon hourly rate with the owner, Mike James. I completed the task I was hired to complete in a timely and workman like manner. I invoiced S & D Flooring on August 23rd 2011. I have not received payment. I called multiple times each week for a couple of months and have never received any correspondence from S & D Flooring since I finished the job.
