After speaking with *** regarding the sale of his land we provided him with the current listing that we
have with *** is listing the land for sale and looking for buyersThe land is currently being listed at $155,per acrePlease see attachment
*** also has his own name under his own Alberta Land TitleWe have also instructed that if he is looking to sell his property we can assist by providing him the resale documents if he has a buyer ready
Once a buyer is found we will send *** a voting letter as to whether to accept the offer or not

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This was the same response that they have provided to me beforeThis will not resolve my problem or issue to get my investment back after almost years

As I have said before that before we invested to this company, the agent seller told us that the company will buy back the property from us if we are in financial difficulties
We are in this situation now and why can't they understand and to be true to what they have promised
We need our investment back ASAP is very crucial to our financial situation now
We can not afford to wait for some buyer to buy our property
S & D INTL can buy it back from us NOW as they promised
As soon as they buy it from us they can sell it to someone else
I don't know why they are not doing that!!!
I need our investment back now!!!! Don't waste more timeThis is the only solution to our problem right now!!
