Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] The halushki was not halushkiIt was just very soggy noodles flavored with Lipton soup mixIt was misrepresented as halushkiHaluski is noodles with cabbage mixed in not Lipton soup mix and not mushyThe stuffed cabbage was burnt so bad that when I peeled off the burnt cabbage it looked like thick human skin and the meat wasn't cookedThe pierogies were so small you couldn't even see them and one of the pierogies had a lot of things in it that looked like insectsNot like any pierogi I've ever seenmy friend's potato pancakes were burnt to a crisp so we left almost the whole meals on that dirty tableThis is a disgrace

[redacted] - I received a letter with follow up on this matter as it appear the customer is not satisfiedHere is my response:"We consider the signage issue to be resolved by the fact that a refund was granted for the miscommunication (per your original message to us)The fact that you did not enjoy the food is a separate issueI am sorry that you did not enjoy the food as many of our customers doHowever we cannot refund you based on you personal preferencesWe did provide the food as described Thank you."Matt

I would like to respond to this complaint that was filed against S&D Polish Deli, a business that I own.RESPONSE:*** - I am sorry that your experience at our store was not up to our mutual expectationsAs you may have noted while you were on site, we are in the middle of renovating the
store and also changing the menuThe $drink in dispute was at one time included in the platter that you orderedWe changed the interior signage to reflect our menu change where it is no longer included, but we are still waiting to receive new signage for the exterior of our buildingI am glad that our team member refunded you and your friend for the entire cost of the drinkAt this juncture our feeling is that you have been made whole for the miscommunicationIf you did not enjoy the food, I am sorry about that, but that seems to be a separate issueThank you for your feedback.MattPresident

Haluski is noodles with cabbage mixed in not Lipton soup mix and not mushy. The stuffed cabbage was burnt so bad that when I peeled off the burnt cabbage it looked like thick human skin and the meat wasn't cooked. The pierogies were so small you couldn't even see them and one of the pierogies had a lot of things in it that looked like insects. Not like any pierogi I've ever seen. my friend's potato pancakes were burnt to a crisp so we left almost the whole meals on that dirty table. This is a disgrace.
