My mother's name is [redacted] I am not sure who I spoke with but it has been several people in the office at Dale Memorial Most of these people never returned my callI didn't think it would get to this point so I didn't memorize namesThe office is small..not too many employees there The plaque is STILL NOT THEREMy mother passed away February 14th
Ms [redacted] is correct that the previous owner of the cemetery created additional spaces in a cemetery garden and named them the same as ones that already existed While we cannot change this we have updated her file and all records to show the addition on the map so there will be no further confusion Ms [redacted] also has a copy of the map showing where her burial spaces are and the location for the bench.I was not in the office the day that Ms [redacted] visited (Saturday 4/30), but did speak with her on Monday 5/and met with her on Tuesday 5/to review the proper site and determine where the bench is to be placedDue to all the rain received this week I am hesitant to place the bench We are planning on placing it on Monday 5/To the best of my knowledge Ms [redacted] was satisfied with the actions taken I attempted to call her today to ensure there were no additional issues/concerns on her part I got her voice mail and left a messagePlease do let me know if there is something else needed from me Thanks so much, JeriAnn L***, General Manager-Dale Memorial Park

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.In the response from [redacted] she states that the order she received from me was not a Vet match memorial, which she states in her response is what Mrs. [redacted] ordered originally. Please refer to the two attachments I have sent with my refusal. The order I sent was for a Vet match memorial, as you can see. This order was placed at the end of August 2015, and I have not received ANY response from Ms. [redacted] . I have place several phone calls, with no return call. I demand that she call me and speak to me. I have sent proper documentation including copies of Ms. [redacted] driver license to show that I represent her. This memorial should have been in our possession by this time. I place similar orders on a daily basis and items are received within 8 weeks. Regards, [redacted]
