This is simply not the truth. None of the above are true. The plane was cancel one day after the re quarterly was charge. It was charge without our agreement. Than after the cancellation (1 day late) The services stop but the charges went for the full period. Seller accepted cancellation, cancel services but did not refund and did not give service either. "till this day seller refuse to give proof of service. Without mentioning that we are now opening an investigation with google to find out what they think about their service. it seams to be a service that google would consider spamming in their SEO world.
We want either proof of full service in a non spammy way. or refund for the month charged without giving services.

As stated in his complaint, Mr. [redacted] did, in fact, cancel his account with SEO Arbiter on Monday, June 8. However, his request for a cancellation of services took place two days after the aforementioned charge was processed. The credit...

card authorization form that Mr. [redacted] signed prior to the relationship between he and SEO Arbiter states that all charges are non-refundable and that SEO Arbiter requires up to five business days to process a cancellation. If the client does not provide sufficient notice for a cancellation, SEO Arbiter will cancel out the client's account at the end of the following service period.
Rather than suggesting this to Mr. [redacted], we offered him a pro-rated refund, which he refused.

This company (SEO ARBITER) can not be legitimately doing what they are hired to do. We understand that it takes many months to achieve positive results, we gave them 4 years to perform. Beside a couple of positive months in 4 years, we were never heading in the positive direction. They sell you their service but never deliver. Our company handles large accounts and we simply overlooked the monthly credit card charges from them. But we started to review their service and we were outraged by the lack of progress. Called the company to ask specifically what it is that the have done, all we get is the rating list and not the work performed. We intend to post this in as many venues and avenues available to us so that others will be aware of this scam of a service.

I did not have a good experience with this company. I asked them to shut off all the ad campaigns half way through the contract.

Issues:
1. Landing page-no research was done, little effort was made. If I did not make changes, the landing page would have been horrible.
2. Communication-I had to repeat the same thing multiple times for them to make corrections to the landing page.
3. Negative keywords, other than the ones I provided, they never added new negative keywords to the campaigns.
4. Ad campaigns were done carelessly, for example, we sell drug test cups and they put "test cups" in the ad. (I also asked them to fix the wording, never got done.
5. Verbiage of the ads were unprofessional and weak.
6. No strategies in place, no action plan for the next move.
7. Very high CPC compared to what we were paying for targeting the right customers.
8. Lack of care for customer satisfaction, they have a no refund policy for their low quality work.

Please save your money and find another SEO company. We worked with them for over a year, spent quite a bit of money and were still placed at #61 and that was the best they could do. For 3 months in a row we stayed anywhere from 50 to 60.

I have had nothing but good experiences with SEO Arbiter. Their prices are reasonable and my website's ranking went up quite a bit. For all of our keywords, we're on the first or second page of Google results, and most of them are quite high up the first page. I would recommend this company.

This company has great customer service and produces great results. They always send regular reports that show an increase in my site's rankings. It's really made a difference in the traffic to my site and to my sales, so I couldn't be happier. Great quality services.
