price was increased - because he needed a bigger door. I would have been willing to help him out, but he threatened to whoop my [redacted] and threw my phone across the yard. He had guns in his waist and an archery of guns in his house. I've never had this kind of problem with a customer. I have no problem fixing anything that was wrong, but this would have put me in a threatening predicament.

S Edwards called; promised to replace; windows when they received them which should be 02-07-17.  They hadn't scheduled a time to install the windows yet.
