After investigating this matter, I have found that the customer gave us negative feedback on the website from which he purchased the Motorola Roadster TZ700 Bluetooth In Car Universal Speakerphone.
We reached out to the customer, who...

stated that the voice call feature of the unit was not working, so we offered him a return shipping label.
Once the item was returned, one of our technicians tested the unit and it worked perfectly.
Our technician sent some trouble shooting emails to the customer, to ensure that he was following all instructions for the unit and using it with a compatible device. He replied that he had a compatible device and had downloaded the necessary app.
I asked our technician to re-test the unit, in light of what the customer responded. Again, the unit tested fine.
The customer was notified that since the item was tested and found to be in perfect working order, and it had been used for at least a month, we would not be able to refund, but we would send the item back to customer.
The item was returned to the customer, via USPS, with tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. The USPS website shows that the item was delivered on April 24. We have not heard from the customer since the item was delivered.

I just finished emailing S&F Corporation again. I told them, once again, that the Motorola TZ700, that I purchase from them, does not work as advertised. Their technicians can say what they want, but as the saying goes, "the proof is in the pudding". I have used numerous Bluetooth products before, so I am well versed in how to pair them with my phone. Once again, this product is defective and I would like a full refund.

Extremely unprofessional.
I got two of the exact same item from them via Walmart.com. The first one was as you would expect a new item to be like in the box when you first open it up. The other one on the other had was equal to buying it at a yard sell that their ten year old kid no longer wanted that lockable still had all of it's original items. Nothing was in protective wrap, the cables weren't tied in twist ties; hell, even the main item it's self was damaged. An item that was supposed to be 'new' and 'unopened'.
I've attempted to call them with the number they provided but no one seems to pick up during their hours. I have managed to get a hold of someone via email but they seem very reluctant on helping and seems to be trying to draw out the conversation so my return deadline will run out.
I will not be buying from these guys ever again.

I am typing a complaint for this company. I ordered a phone case for my Samsung Galaxy S4 and SF Planet sent me the wrong case. It also took 8 days to receive my package. On my receipt it states to notify their company via email regarding any issue. I sent them a email last Saturday May 17th, and I have yet to receive a response. This is my first time using this company and I do not recommend them at all. I trusted them and they betrayed me. My rating for SF Planet is "1" star!!!!

I always shop at walmart. online and in store.
last time I ordered a cellphone case online for my mom when qe received it, it is too big for the phone and the camera hole is not right. I tried to return it to the walmart store but they said I need to call the 3rd party vendor. so I did requested for a full refund and would like to return it. found out that I need to return it at my own cost.. I read also in their terms and cond that they wont return the full amount.
cust service kept saying I ordered the wrong item but when I used the search tool that is the item that shows up."I RECEIVED a WRONG ITEM"
bad customer service!
sounds like they like taking the money and annoy customers.
im not shopping again online from a 3rd party vendor linked to walmart
