This company put up a fence for me last year in the Walker point in community of commercial point.

1) The tops were not fastened correctly they blow off during every storm.

2) We had fence panels were dirty/damaged they said they would come back and clean and or replace and that still has not happen.

3) After speaking with multiple customers they were also charged a finance fee which we later learned that *** does not charge. I gave an extra $300 for a "finance fee" I should have been billed 7,200 not 7,500

4) I referred 3 people and was told my Austin Butcher that I would get a paid a $200 referral bonus he paid me one time $100 after my friends committed to the fence he then came back and said oh I'm sorry it's 100. So i'm short $500 from just that.

5) They use the wrong post and it look tacky and unfinished it s corner piece by the gate and I can see all the hole on each side. I can email a picture later if needed.

6) I was just notified today that some of the customers are also getting hit for not having permits which we were told by Austin they would be pulling and everything will be taken care of by this company. I need to see a copy of the permits?

Mr. has been in communication with both Blake and Austin on a regular basis via text messaging. The company does not have a referral procedure for anyone. If the salesman, Austin has something arranged with Austin, that is something we have no idea of and should be take u with Austin directly. As for the fence, if there is any items from a repair stand point, Mr. should identify these with Blake and Austin to get them repaired. At this point, according to both Blake and Austin, Mr. has not identified any issues with his fence. As for the post he mentions, Blake spoke to Mr. during the install, and Mr. approved the use of the post.

I am rejecting this response because;

1. While I spoke with Austin via text message in the beginning, he stopped responding after me inquiring about the rest of the referral money that I was owed. He was a representative of your company when he made that commitment so how was I to know your company doesn't do a referral program..

2. We paid $300 as a "finance fee" to go with *** loans and after speaking with ***, they confirmed there is no such thing as a finance fee. We are requesting that money back, which you did not address in your response.

3. The fence paneling was discussed when my wife came home and saw the condition of it while your company was still on site and both Austin and Blake acknowledged and stated they would clean them up as the panels appeared dirty/scuffed and were "brand new"

4. We are requesting the tops be secured to the fence posts as this never happened and they are constantly blowing off and are scattered all over the ground and our neighbors' yards.

5. They used a corner piece as part of the gate on the side of the house (see attached pic) which was not approved by us. The only thing we did approve regarding the side gate was the gap between the bottom of the gate and the ground due to understanding that being a new build, the ground wasn't even in that spot.

We are looking to you, as the owner of this company, to make this right and make the necessary corrections because it seems like everything we have been told so far by employees of your company has not been truthful or accurate. We look forward to your response.

After numerous attempt by us to contact Mr. by telephone, text, and FB messenger, we can not fix something without being able to contact the customer.

Spent thousands of dollars on my deck and fence . The work was never done properly and I have contacted them from day one . They came out once and promised to fix the issues after admitting the workers did not do do the job properly only to rig the problems ! Not even a few mints and everything is falling apart . We are elderly and have been injured and our precious puppy has been lost due to the gate falling apart several times . We are using a. brick to hold it shut now ! Have made several attempts via phone email and social media including pictures to have the problems fixed . Received one phone call saying the owners would contact the workers and get on them and would call back in 5 minutes and it’s been a month and no response again ! My porch is literally falling apart , I have pictures of everything and all paperwork and warranty info ! If this report doesn’t help I will be calling my lawyer next and taking legal action. Thank you

All of the items listed by Mr. are repair issues. Of which, we have repaired the gate before. and did some of the deck repairs before. We went back to Mr. home again yesterday and completely replace the gate, and looked over the deck. The band board covers will have to be ordered and replaced. Once the boards are in, we will get there and replace them ASAP.

I am rejecting this response because: I would be happy to accept when they actually show up and finish the job correctly! They have said several times they will be back and never show up and do not return my calls . I will be happy to accept if they actually show up and do as they say ! But until then I choose to not accept this response. I have been waiting on a response for over a month and I just do not trust that they will really show up and keep their promises. Thank you

We contacted Mr. and replaced his gate. We have ordered the replacement boards for his deck as they were not repairable. We will be returning to replace all necessary boards as needed.

Once again, all of these items are warranty items that a call, could have rectified. Mr. has my personal cell number along with ***.

I am rejecting this response because: The guy that came out did in fact fix the lock on the gate he also said things was not done properly in the first place . Also he stated the boards would have to be ordered and they would be back out to fix them when they come in . We have not just called both of those numbers several times without a response we left messages begging for a response and left our lawyers info and informed them that we would be filling out a Revdex.com report . Was contacted bye the owner one time and he informed me that he would contact the workers who did the work and he would call back in 10 minutes. A month later after calling again several times we filled out a Revdex.com report and finally received a call. During those times I also sent messages through the business *** page which was also never responded to . I can pull phone records and message and attach them if needed . Again as soon the work is done properly I will gladly accept this business response. I just want the deck and fence done properly, that is what I paid for . Thank You,

I was quoted by S&F to install a privacy fence for $7,500 on a 18 month same as cash promotion and providing my $2,500 down payment. S&F submitted my information to *** which is the finance company they use I did not have any direct contact with ***. With my $2,500 down payment only $5,000 was to be financed but I was told by S&F that *** only approved me for $4,000 and asked if I had a co-signer. I gave them my wife's information then they came back and said that provided to change to the loan can I put up $720(cash) and the rest would be on credit. I asked for documentation regarding my loan and they stated I would receive their documents after the job is done and that the loan officer should have already sent stuff out I informed him that I have not received anything. The job was completed on July 18,2019 and I received my first statement letter on August 5,2019 but it did not reflect the additional $720 cash that I put down. I contacted S&F immediately to inform them I was financed for $5,000 and not $4,280 and that I should be reimbursed the $720 if it did not go toward the loan. On August 8,2019 3 days later after the first initial contact I finally get a hold of S&F regarding the $720 and they stated "Man you know that was the finance fee for the high credit risk. Down payments do not go the the finance company". I asked him why the $720 would go to him and not *** and he stated "Because they bill us monthly". I contacted *** in regards to this and they stated they do not charge additional fees due to high credit. I submitted a formal complaint through *** and they opened an investigation. *** finally reported back to me and said they contacted S&F and S&F told them they do not charge additional fees. *** also informed me there was nothing they could do since the $720 was not given to them. I finally was able to review my loan agreement and found that I was not given the 18 month same as cash promotion that was discussed. Instead I was put into a 96 payment option with a 26.99% interest rate which is making my loan total come out to be $12,393.08. I contacted *** to get more clarification regarding my loan and they stated that I was approved for $5,000 but denied on the 18 month same as cash promotion. *** stated I should have been notified and regards to the new loan off that was sent out which I was not instead S&F accepted this offer on my behalf. S&F stated that there is no early termination fees for any loan and that I could still pay it off in 18 months and that they do not know who told me I was subjected to 90 months.. I informed them again that I have a 26.99% interest rate due to the new loan agreement that they accepted form me and my loan is going to be over $12,000 and they stated "That has nothing to do with us". I stated it has everything to do with them because they did not notify me that *** denied the 18 month same as cash promotion and instead accepted the new offer on my behalf.
I am not the only person this has happened to to either I know of one more individual who is going through the same thing right now. S&F gave them the same story about needing a co-signer and instead the person put up an additional $800 and once they received their loan documentation they find out that they were denied the 18 month same as cash and put into the 96 monthly payment option.

As the owner of S & F Parcel Fencing, I apologize for your experience as we make every transaction as seamless as possible for every customer and as painless as possible for the homeowners we work with.

As a fence contractor, we make the connection between our customers and a finance company to assist our customers in getting the home improvements they desire. However, we are merely the connection between the two. The finance company we work with, ***, does indeed offer a 0% finance program with qualifying credit. We have nothing to do with who gets approved for what, nor do we have any say so with any interest rates or program details. All of this is spelled out in your documents. Any documents with *** is exactly that with *** and all terms and conditions are spelled out in those documents.

After looking over the contract with us, you were merely charged for the product and services we provided.

I am rejecting this response because: S&F did not contact me when *** rejected the me for 18 months same as cash program you on the other hand accepted the next offer without my knw being on my behalf. I knew nothing about them not approving me for the promotion until 4 weeks later when I was able to view my loan documents as that is when I received my first set of papers regarding my loan. Also S&F took a cash down payment that did not go toward the loan which you mentioned nothing about here. I don't understand how S&F can approve another loan option on their clients behalf. If the loan was rejected the customer should have been informed.

The amount was applied back to the *** account. This was done because the amount would be taken off the overall loan amount.
