Review: I took my car to freemans body shop for a complete new paint job an fixed dents. he had the car for 3 weeks I went to see my car after the 3 weeks, to find it was not completely painted. the trim work around the tail lights where not painted the impala symbol on the trunk lid was not painted the door jams had already started to crack which I pointed out to him. he said the reason it was cracking was because he left the old molding in there and painted over it but I didnt pay him for a paint over I paid him for a complete new paint job. I pointed these things out to him. so I left it with him for the second time for him to fix it. he had the car for 2 more weeks. I go to see him after the two weeks to find he had scratched the chrome off the impala symbol and painted it gray which was NOT supposed to happen. I was very upset. I told him that I did not like it he told me to go buy another symbol an he would fix it so I did. which I think he should have had to buy it. so I took the new symbol back to him he then painted it again to find it was still not right. then I go to check under the truck lid of the car because he was posed to paint everything inside and out, I go and look and he did not paint the inside of the trunk lid. and im unsatisfied with his work. I also have paint runs on the car. I asked him if he had a guarantee on his paint he said he did. he said if the paint fades to just bring it back to him I told him okay but to write it down on paper just for safe keeping on my end and he said no just take my word for it. I said no I want it on paper finally he says okay and tells me im hard to get along with which is unprofessional and he makes me second guess myself when he tells me no that I cant have the guarantee on paper. keep in mind I payed mr. freeman $2200 dollars.Desired Settlement: I would like the amount of money I spent to have the car painted inside an out refuned back to me for the several visits back to him, for things he's supposed to be a professional at. the amount was $2200.
