I called [redacted] in December 2013 after not having any luck with our heating and cooling company we had used for 12 years. He came the same day, looked at our broken furnace and made several suggestions. The first thing he did was get it running for a short time so our pipes wouldn't freeze. He then gave me the bad news - a broken motor so expensive it wasn't practical to fix or re-order. Our last company kept saying they were 'getting the part' for an entire week and a half while we used space heaters.

We negotiated with [redacted] about the best way to pt a new one in, which kind, etc. He gave us many choices and we found one we could afford that the gas company would give a rebate for. It was installed within a week. He and his worker were polite, clean and more important - they made sure I was happy with the work, showing every step along the way.

I would recommend S & G Heating - and have to several friends.
