I sent ***, who is my best mechanic to your homeHe originally found wire to be burnt and arching, which will cause the breaker to tripHe got the compressor running, and found it to be low on refrigerantHe added refrigerant, got the unit running, charged $and leftThen you called back
two days later, complaining that the unit was not coolingI sent *** back to your home, when you proceeded to use profound languageAfter you called him the "F" word and told him he didn't know what he was doing, *** felt belittled and insulted & did not want to come back in your homeHe then called me, and explained what happenedI agreed that he should not go back in your homeYou then proceeded to call my phone several times to send someone else, but I refused, due to your belligerent behaviorFor the $we charged, we repaired the burnt wire and added refrigerantWhich is very reasonableIf the unit was overcharged, you did not give *** the chance to re-look at it because of your behavior

Units were installed 8/*/2010 with a 5 year warranty on all parts, and only a 1 year warranty on labor.Cold King went back to the job 1 year after install to repair a leak in the service valve. No cost to [redacted].Next year, we received phone call stating that the under was not working and...

they think it was another leak. We went back to the job site and test all of the units and found that the leak was not in our equipment that we installed. At no cost to [redacted] I refilled the unit with refrigerant, over a $250.00 value that they should of been responsible for since the labor portion of the warranty was out of warranty. 2 months later, we received another phone call stating the unit was not working properly and they thought it was another leak. We went back to the job site, we found that refrigerant was very low. We used UV Die kit to see where it was leaking from, and we refilled the unit with refrigerant. Again free of charge, no cost to [redacted]. $400.00 value.1 year later, again we received a phone call stating the unit was not working. Again went to the job, found the unit low on refrigerant, we once again used the UV die and light to look for the leak. And once again our equipment that we sold to [redacted] was not leaking. I told [redacted] it must be in the line set (something Cold King DID NOT INSTALL) We need to perform a pressure test, $400.00 value, that [redacted] does not want to pay for, nor does she think shes responsible for. But the leak is not in any of the equipment that we sold, and the labor warranty has been out of warranty at this point. [redacted] used very harsh words towards my workers and myself. We received another phone stating the unit is still not working properly. We went back and used a product called Leak Freeze, which is a product that seals small holes in copper lines, but is NOT 100% guaranteed to seal the holes. [redacted] agreed to pay for this service for $200.00. We ate the labor and refrigerant cost again at a $400.00 value. We explained to her AGAIN if this does not work, we need to perform leak pressure at $400.00 value, and once again [redacted] used very harsh and vulgar language towards my company. At that point I explained to her that we can no longer help your situation for free and that you would need to pay for any further services to help fix any issues for your system.We ate over $1000.00 in labor and refrigerant trying to help out the situation that [redacted] has.

1. [redacted] is with me 3 years now and never left a customer house like that. So you must or said something bad to insult him to make him leave like that.2. Even if the wire wasn't burnt like you said a loose wire will still cause the breaker to trip. every time.3. I sent [redacted] back there to see the problem why the unit wasn't working properly. when you became belligerent  with him.he never even got a chance to get his gauges and check the pressures.4. An hard start will not cause the breaker to trip as you claim. but the unit being over charge will cause your high limit to shut off the system outside( condensing unit ) and not trip the breaker. 5. Being [redacted] was not able to just recover any refrigerant needed. Due to your behavior . being if  he only had to let out refrigerant that we added, that you claim.I feel our services completed. BC we added refrigerant and fix your wiring problem. so that justified your payment.Thank you.
