On 7/my car would not start and I had it towed to [redacted] who did a diagnostic and told me that the issue was a timing beltOn 7/my car was towed to S & H auto because they offered me a cheaper priceOn 7/I decided to have S &H auto repair my vehicle, the timing belt and water pumpI spoke with Issa whom I told what [redacted] had told me was wrong with the car, Issa said he would do a diagnostic as wellOn 7/I was told that I would also need to other parts that were not mentioned in the diagnostic from [redacted] but nonetheless I agreedOn 7/I returned from NC to MD to pick up my carAt the shop I asked Issa if everything looked good on the carHe said everything was fineAlso earlier in the day when Issa called to let me know he car was ready he told me that the mechanic had test drove it and it was ready to goAt no point did he indicate there was a problem with the power steeringBoth he and [redacted] did a diagnostic, if there were a leak, I would imagine

I TOOK MY VEHICLE TO S&H UNDER MY WARRANTY TO BE REPAIRED ON APRIL 4, DAY'S WENT BY AND NO NO HAD CALLED ME ABOUT THE FINDINNGSI CALLED PERIODICALLY TO GET AN UPDATE ON MY VEHICLETHE FIRST WEEK THE REPAIR SHOP DID NOTHING TO MY VEHICLEI WAS TOLD IT WAS BEING CHECKED, THE MECHANIC THAT WAS WORKING ON MY VEHICLE BECAME SICK, THE BAY THAT THEY NEED TO CHECK MY VEHICLE IS BROKE THEN HE SAID THERE'S TO MUCH WRONG WITH YOUR VEHICLE BUT IT WILL BE FIXED NEXT WEEKTHE FOLLOWING WEEK I CALLED TO GET THE STATUS OF MY VEHICLE AND WAS TOLD IT WAS THE FUEL PUMP WHICH I HAD TOLD ISSA H*** WHEN I TOOK THE VEHICLE TO BE FIXEDISSA H*** SAID HE HAD DID A ROAD TEST PRIOR TO ME CALLING AND THAT MY TRUCK WAS 90% READYWHEN I CALLED THE WARRANTY COMPANY I WAS TOLD THAT ONLY THE FUEL PUMP WAS CALLED IN AND THEY HAD NO KNODGLE OF ANYTHING ELSEI CALLED BACK TO THE SHOP HE SAID HE WAS READY TO CALL THE WARRANTY COMPANY TO GET APPROVAL TO START THE OTHER WORK BUT HE WAS WAITING TO BE
