I purchased a battery for $39.99 + tax for my security system. The battery was not working so they swapped it out. I brought that one home and the alarm company kept calling saying the battery was low. I took the battery back and they told me there was a 14 day grace on it. They told me it was on the back of the receipt. There is also a 1 year warranty for the battery. I told them I just wanted my money back. The battery is not working and they are refusing to give me my money back. I called their home office and they said they would give them a call and I have not heard back from them.
